Expert to implement continuous improvement in healthcare social enterprise
Continuous Improvement
We recently launched a Continuous Improvement area in our company and are looking for experts to help us get the first few projects off the ground and support the creation of a continuous improvement culture across the company. Now that our business model has been proven and we are starting to grow, our goal is to optimize our opertations to improve quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency in everything we do so that we can reach true scale. We have specific objectives every quarter around which we design projects using the DMAIC methodology. We are also continuously working to develop the continuous improvement culture with Kaizen boards, training, competitions etc. This work involves in-clinic observation, interviews, data analysis, problem solving, pilot implementation and scaling of solutions.

Living Stipend
