Social Impact Project for Sales Strategy & Coaching for CSR/NGO Partnerships

Project Description and Impact

Openversum is a social enterprise providing affordable, high-performance water filters through a microfranchising model. Our solution is paired with digital tools that allow local entrepreneurs—mostly women—to sell, track, and service water filters in underserved communities. After years of R&D, our filter and apps are now ready, and we’ve begun operations in Colombia with early traction.

We’re entering a critical phase: transitioning from pilot to growth. We need support to strategically position our solution, prioritize limited resources, and communicate our go-to-market strategy and financial roadmap in a way that resonates with funders, partners, and NGOs. With a small team and short runway, we can’t afford trial and error. We’re looking for focused guidance to help us scale smart, stay impact-driven, and become investment-ready.

Learning Opportunity

By working with us, the experteer will gain hands-on experience in WASH innovation, behavior change strategies, and building real-world impact models in underserved communities. You’ll see firsthand how technology, community engagement, and microentrepreneurship can come together to solve one of the world’s most urgent challenges: access to safe drinking water. You’ll also work closely with a passionate, impact-driven team navigating the realities of early-stage growth—learning as much about purpose as about execution.
