Project Details

Description and Impact

We are starting soon with selling roasted coffee to the US market. We have it roasted and packed here in Medellin and flown directly to Miami from where it is distributed by truck all over the US and Canada. We sell through wholesalers in different cities. But we still need to develop the brand and put it in the market. We need to develop a marketing strategy, create a website, online presence and printed promotional materials to be used by the wholesalers.

We're looking for someone with marketing experience. Experience with social media promotion and who has a knowledge of the American market. The goal is to set up a small but solid marketing campaign to bring across our message of a fair and sustainable coffee that benefits producers and the Colombian economy by having the value added activities of roasting and packing in the country of origin.
