Put your business strategy experience to work changing lives.

Our award-winning non-profit program seeks an experienced business strategist to TRAVEL to Guatemala to work with a group of small and growing businesses. The firms are participants in our 18-month enterprise development program during which time they access business consulting services from volunteer experts who help tackle their barriers to growth, strengthen ongoing operations, or meet a growth opportunity.  During a half day session with each firm, the strategist will work with the firm’s leaders and our staff to help shape a 12-month, post-project Growth Blueprint.

Our 18-month Enterprise Development Program Stages 

  1. Fast Runners selected through competitive recruitment process
  2. Fast Runners participate in 5 Business Growth workshops
  3. Growth Project 1 executed
  4. Growth Project 2 executed
  5. Growth Blueprint defined

What You Will Be Doing

Discovery. Prior to trip, review background information on each Fast Runner firm.

Travel to Guatemala for one week to work with ten Fast Runner firms.

Consult. In Guatemala, meet for two to three hours with the leaders of each Fast Runner firm to distil lessons learned from their 18-month program, to synthesize all that the Fast Runner learned in the past year, and re-set the clock with new goals and a 12-month plan.
