PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND IMPACT

We are an award-winning humanitarian organization, committed to serve, educate and empower poor and underserved communities.

Through various education and social empowerment programs, we work unconditionally towards transforming underserved communities to develop their true potential and break the cycle of poverty.

We are looking for a professional to become responsible for maintaining the quality standards of the education programmes that the organization delivers. Ensure sufficient professional preparation for the SOLS teaching and office staff as per the job requirements. Increase the efficiency of internal departments through capacity development processes.

DELIVERABLES

Training

  • Partner with internal departments that can assist in delivering training sessions;
  • Direct orientation and new employee training;
  • Develop training materials for participants;
  • Act as training coach to support other personnel to facilitate training.

Education

  • Advisor to answer SOLS team member queries on education matters;
  • Observe on the field and give feedback to teachers regarding education standards and quality;
  • Update and improve education standard;
  • Research and develop teaching tools, methods and approaches;

 

Requirements

  • Must have minimum 6 months of professional experience in a related field;
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months to gain full exposure;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent;
  • High proficiency in English; Written and Verbal;
  • Good communication and people skills.
