Organization Details
RTI develops tools and resources to help refugees, aid workers, and organisations build approaches to manage stress, insecurity, and trauma. Our programming include:
- Early childhood and family care for refugee children ages 0-6 designed to provide the key emotional support that refugee families require alongside high-quality early years education.
- Youth empowerment programs to address mental distress and social exclusion by bringing young people together to learn, create, and connect.Our intervention is participatory, experiential, and youth-led.
- Capacity building programs where we work with specialists to design consulting and training models that build the capacity of other organizations.
Impact Story
In 3 years, we have:
provided vital psychological support to over 4000 refugees
run essential trainings for over 1000 humanitarians working in the crisis
provided training and emotional support to hundreds of young people
