Description and Impact

In October 2019, we will be embarking on our three-week African learning journey through South Africa. The 30 young women participating in our experiential learning program will travel through the country experiencing its' beauty and understanding what it is like to be a traveler. The participants (all women) are currently learning soft skills and tourism skills, in order to work in the tourism industry. We believe that through experiential learning (learning, action, reflection, change) the women can truly embrace a career in the tourism industry - the roadtrip plays a pivotal role in this transformation. We would love to record our journey in a professional, and memorable way and are searching for a professional videographer/photographer to help us capture the roadtrip and create videos and photographs we can share with the participants and our community. As a result of this journey, the women participants will have vocational skills that will translate to economic security.

We require at least 1 reflection per participant (30). We would like at least 5 edited short videos (1 min) and one documentary-style (max 20 minutes) video of the roadtrip, as well as high quality images to be the deliverable.
